Heron Wines orders are shipped from a high-quality fulfillment company in CA. Some states prohibit direct wine sales, some states regulate the volume of wine purchases, and some states require that we comply with what is called the “3-Tier system”.

Below are the states we currently ship to, and any restrictions involved:

Arizona	3-Tier	Orders will be shipped once a week to a retailer in near your area, who will deliver your order to your door. 3-Tier shipments may take up to a month from the time of shipment to reach you. Weather restrictions allow shipments to go out only every other week and only in 50-85 degree weather.

For Direct Shipping States: if your order is placed at a time when you are experiencing hot or cold weather, you may want to choose an upgraded shipping method as high and low temperatures can cause damage to the wine, and anything slower than 2-day shipping will cause your order to be placed on hold until weather conditions improve.
